Our SECOND LEVEL has been remodeled during the winter months of 2019! This condo can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests in our 2 king size bedrooms, two twin beds in the loft bedroom, and the new Queen pull out sofa in the living room. The living room and all bedrooms have flat screen TV's with cable. Additionally our unit has DVD players, and wireless internet access. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer with ironing accessories. Bath towels and linens are provided. This condo is on the waterfront of Lake Taneycomo and is 15-20 minutes away from most major attractions in the area! Boat trailer parking is also available on property!
Terms and Conditions: By renting an LMG property you are agreeing to and are bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

 

Reservations

All reservations require a two night minimum stay. By making a reservation you have read and are in agreement with these Terms and Conditions. Only occupants who have signed this agreement may occupy the property during the rental period.

 

Payment of Rental

We accept all major credit cards as payment for our rentals. Payments must be paid in full before door codes and driving directions are given. 50% deposit is required to hold reservation for all reservations made with dates over 30 days before check in. The final amount will be charged 30 days before check in date.

 

Cancellation

Cancellations made 30 days prior to the reservation date will forfeit 20% of the rental amount. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the reservation date will forfeit the entire rental amount. There is no refund on rental payments due to shortened stays or inclement weather. Lakeview Management Group recommends travel insurance to protect against loss of reservation payments.

 

 

Check-In / Check-Out

Check-In - 4:00PM CST - Early check-in is by approval only. Guest must call the day before arrival to see if there is a possibility to check in early.

Check-Out - 11:00AM CST – Late check-out is by approval only. Please review the check-out procedures in the LMG Welcome Letter attached to your invoice.

 

Off Peak Dates and Holidays

Off peak dates are recognized as any night during the months of January, February, or March. A 3 night minimum reservation is required on the following holidays; Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s.

 

Pets

 LMG maintains a strict no pet policy. No animals or pets of any kind will be allowed for the duration of the stay.

 

Smoking

All vacation properties are Non-Smoking. If you smoke inside the rental property, you will incur an additional $350.00 fee for cleaning and deodorizing of the rental property.

 

Housekeeping

The vacation rental is initially stocked with hospitality items, dish and laundry soap, and paper products. Please make the proper arrangements to bring beach/pool towels on your trip. Please DO NOT remove the towels from the vacation unit. Daily housekeeping is not included.

 

 

 

Damage to the Property

Should any damage to the vacation rental or any of its contents occur, the cost of repairing, restoring, or replacing any damage to the walls, woodwork, floor, or any other part of the unit, the furniture or fixtures, or any common area, caused, in part or in whole by you or your guests will be charged to you. Please promptly report any damage to the unit, or any portion thereof or appliances therein, including stoves, refrigerators, electrical fixtures, plumbing fixtures, walls, ceilings, woodwork, carpets, drapes, windows, and any other part of the unit, building, or common area.  Vacation Property Management

Lakeview Management Group serves as a rental agency for the owner of the vacation property.

 Amenity Pass Card

If your vacation rental is inclusive of resort amenities, an amenity pass/card will be supplied to you. If this card is lost or stolen, you will be charged a $75.00 replacement fee.

Parking Pass:

If you are the guest of a resort that has implemented a parking pass system, parking passes will be waiting for you in the condo. The parking tag MUST be visibly displayed in the windshield of your vehicle while on property overnight. Laying the pass on the dash of your vehicle is acceptable, provided that it can be easily seen by security. IF THE PARKING PASS IS NOT DISPLAYED, YOUR VEHICLE WILL BE REPORTED TO BRANSON POLICE AND TOWED AT YOUR EXPENSE! LMG has absolutely NO control over this. Please, don’t get your car towed, it tends to ruin vacations!

Additionally, If the parking tag is lost, missing, or taken with you when you leave, you will be charged 75.00 per missing tag. If you realize that you have mistakenly taken the parking tag at check out, please contact LMG immediately. You may mail the parking tag back and be eligible for a maximum refund of 50.00 after the pass is received by LMG in good condition.

 Good Neighbor Policy

Vacation rentals are in mixed-use neighborhoods that include both nightly guests and year-round residents. We want you to enjoy your stay, but not at the expense of the neighbors. Please be considerate of the neighbors with your noise and activities.

 

 

 

Maintenance

Please report all maintenance problems to Lakeview Management Group at 417-559-9655 immediately.

 Personal Property

Lakeview Management Group is not responsible for vandalism, theft or any other damages to personal property or for any personal items left in the rental property after check out.

 

Indemnification

Guests and any of their visitors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lakeview Management Group and the owner of the property against any losses, liabilities, claims, and all events of any type of personal injury of any kind occurring in and/or around premises described above while renting.
